Summary

• add a keepalive cold-start fallback that builds only the target compose service when the image is missing
• re-prepare the remote workspace before the post-reset retry so source and .env are recopied
• keep full deploy behavior unchanged while reducing manual keepalive failures on slower IBKR machines
